Covid-19 vaccine cooling

LifeCube Covid-19 Vaccine Container – the solution for transportation and storage of Covid-19 vaccines.

We want to help people and support the whole world at these difficult times. That is why we have further developed our cold chamber so that it can also be used for cooling the Covid-19 vaccine, which must be stored at a minimum of -70°C.

1. Cooling down vaccine

2. Transport vaccine in containers

3. Ship vaccine to other countries

4. Truck vaccine to site

5. keep vaccine cool on location

Transport and storage of Corona vaccines

The Lifecube solution for Corona vaccine storage

Developing the Covid-19 vaccine was an incredible achievement, but storing and distributing it will be equally challenging. The reason is that while other vaccines only need to be stored at about 0°C, the Covid-19 vaccine requires a minimum of -70°C. These extreme temperatures are not uncommon in medicine and research. Also sperm banks or cryonic facilities need these lowest temperatures – but only for storing the cells. Transporting the vaccine is a much more difficult task.

Nitrogen cooling chambers are suitable for storing vaccines, but not for transporting them. This is because the nitrogen tanks need to be refilled frequently and the toxic gases pose a very high risk. In addition, the Covid-19 vaccines have to travel a long way to reach all the countries in the world where they are likely to often face poor local infrastructures. Therefore, an idea to transport and store the new vaccine in large quantities is urgently sought.

The Solution: LifeCube Covid-19 Vaccine Container.

Re-functioning from the Life-Cube cryo chamber

Cold chambers were developed to promote the health of their users. Until now, this has only been achieved individually, with patients entering the chamber one by one to benefit from cryotherapy.
However, we want to help more people and support the whole world at these difficult times. Therefore, we have further developed our cold chamber so that it can also be used to cool the Covid-19 vaccine, which must be stored at a minimum of -70°C. Our technology to keep rooms constantly at cryogenic temperatures has been proven worldwide for years. Therefore, we only had to redesign the chamber to optimize it for vaccine storage and transport.
Through local cooling chambers in hospitals and doctors’ offices, as well as mobile vaccine containers for sea and land travel, we aim to reach and help affected people worldwide.
